March
April
- Going back in time. Childhood memories have always eluded me. They feel very foggy and I’m not sure if that’s normal or just a factor of never intentionally recalling and documenting my childhood. We’ll either find or make-up daily prompts, both for self-reflection and Ask-A-Relative specials, and then finally write down some of the old stuff.
- Map my circles, every friend/family member. What I love about them, what they bring out in me. Genograms, diagrams galore!
May
- Cliches are cliche for a reason, and I love me some woo-woo stuff.
- Birth Chart
- Birth Stone
- Birth Flower
June
- It’s summmmeeerrrr! A good time for getting physical and chasing adventure in the great outdoors.
- Make a summer bucket list with all the why’s.
- Embodiment – ideas, practices, and reflections.
- Track my emotions and mood in the How We Feel app all month, analyze the data and synthesize into an overall summer check-in.

August

- Song of the Day

- Going back in time again, this time: School memories. I’m going to try to get my old school records and cumulative file, do a deep dive, and reflect on each grade.
October
- Religion and spirituality. Each week, I’ll explore, test out, and reflect on a faith system of interest to me.
- Buddhism
- Cherokee Spiritual Beliefs
- Quakerism / Religious Society of Friends
- Different versions of Christianity
- Baha’i Faith
November
- Gratitude list, but make it cool. More details TBD.

- Also, track my emotions and mood in the How We Feel app all month, analyze the data and synthesize into an overall winter check-in.
January (again)
- My list of demands. Each day, I’ll document something I WANT, now that I have a year’s worth of self-knowledge to inspire and inform my desires for this one wild and precious life.
